Банки России перейдут на биометрические данные

Кредитные учреждения России планируют переход на биометрические данные граждан при идентификации личности клиентов. Под биометрическими данными понимаются изображение лица и голосовые слепки. 

Свое участие в тестировании решений для НБП (национальной биометрической платформы) с июля текущего года гарантировали банки ВТБ24, Россельхозбанк, Бинбанк и Росбанк. Пока инновации идентификации проводятся в тестовом режиме, а с декабря 2017 года кредитные организации смогут опробовать их на практике.

Уточняется, что идентификация клиентов будет производиться через портал госуслуг по биометрическому шаблону НБП. Технологии распознавания по голосу поможет упростить процесс подтверждения операций, минимизируя риски клиентов и самого банковского учреждения.
