Сегодня стало известно о том, что Великобритания и Япония заключили первое после Brexit торговое соглашение.


В настоящий момент Британия находится в процессе непростых переговоров по торговой сделке с Евросоюзом, и заключение соглашения с Японией Лондон назвал историческим.


После выхода из состава ЕС 31 января текущего года Великобритания сосредоточилась на переговорах о новых торговых сделках со странами по всему миру. Однако эксперты сомневаются в том, что это компенсирует те объемы экспорта, которые будут потеряны без торговой сделки с Брюсселем.


Министр внешней торговли Великобритании Лиз Трасс отметила, что 99% британского экспорта в Японию будет беспошлинным, и что соглашение увеличит товарооборот на 15,2 миллиарда фунтов стерлингов ($19,4 миллиарда) в долгосрочной перспективе по сравнению с 2018 годом.
