Společnost Good Energy souhlasí s dalším prodloužením lhůty pro podání nabídky společnosti Esyasoft

Společnost Good Energy Group uvedla, že britská komise pro převzetí souhlasila s prodloužením lhůty pro podání nabídky společnosti Esyasoft Holding, aby holding se sídlem v Dubaji mohl pokročit v due diligence.
Britská společnost zabývající se obnovitelnými zdroji energie v pondělí uvedla, že Esyasoft má nyní čas do 20. ledna, aby buď předložil závaznou nabídku, nebo od ní odstoupil. Předchozí lhůta měla vypršet v pondělí, přičemž předtím byla prodloužena z 25. listopadu.
Dne 28. října společnost Good Energy uvedla, že obdržela nevyžádanou nezávaznou nabídku od společnosti Esyasoft, aniž by zveřejnila jakoukoli cenu. Její akcie v pátek uzavřely na hodnotě 372,50 pencí, což znamená tržní kapitalizaci 68,9 milionu liber (86,6 milionu USD).
Společnost v pondělí uvedla, že není jisté, zda bude jakákoli dohoda uzavřena.
