US stock market demonstrates growth

According to the trading data, the main US stock indexes are growing on Monday on internal optimism, caused by the positive financial results of US companies.

In particular, the NASDAQ high-tech index rose 0.66% to 14,769.38 points, while the S&P 500 broad market index rose 0.45% to 4415.3 points. The Dow Jones Industrial Average grew by 0.53% – to 35120.6 points, and during trading even renewed its historical maximum, reaching 35192.11 points.

Investors continue to assess the prospects for the recovery of the US economy, and also pay attention to the positive financial results published by a number of US companies during the reporting season. Giants such as Apple, Facebook, Amazon and Microsoft released their results last week.

Analysts note that the growth of profits of American companies and a decrease in the yield of US government bonds will support the stock market in the near future. At the same time, risks remain against the backdrop of a pandemic and accelerating inflation.

Fresh American statistics also had an impact on the stock market. Today the index of business activity in the US industry (ISM Manufacturing) was published, which showed a decrease in July to 59.5% from the June value of 60.6%. Analysts, on the other hand, had expected the indicator to rise to 60.9%.
