Китай сообщил, чтобы соглашение с США было подписано. Теперь правительствам двух стран необходимо найти способ отменить часть действующих тарифов. Китайская сторона сделала первый шаг и отменила часть пошлин на американскую свинину и сою. По всей видимости, Китай ожидает, что Соединенные Штаты последуют этому примеру и отменят часть тарифов на китайские товары.

Первые действия со стороны Китая немного удивительны, учитывая, что Соединенные Штаты в последнее время сделали много вещей, чтобы противостоять Китаю. Кроме того, президент Трамп заявил, что может отложить любые возможные торговые сделки до конца 2020 года.

Однако вчера Трамп положительно отозвался о переговорах, заявив, что две стороны добились существенного прогресса. Его высказывания поддержали фондовые рынки по всему миру, а также помогли повысить аппетит инвесторов к риску.

Пока неясно, введут ли США запланированные на 15 декабря пошлины на китайские товары, которые могут вновь помешать процессу переговоров.
