Трамп требует от ФРС стимулирующих мер

Президент США Дональд Трамп заявил, что «ястребиная» политика ФРС США в прошлом году привела к замедлению роста на фондовом рынке страны на 30%.

Кроме того, Трамп полагает, что Центробанку следует проводить меры по поддержанию американской экономики, аналогичные тем, которые осуществлялись во время рецессии 2007–2009 гг.

По мнению президента США, реализация более мягкой монетарной политики позволила бы достичь роста ВВП страны свыше 4% при уровне инфляции близкой к 0%, тогда как индексы фондового рынка были бы выше приблизительно на 5000–10000 пунктов.

Трамп подчеркнул, что количественное ужесточение в прошлом году (ежемесячные продажи облигаций на сумму до $50 млрд) оказало сильное негативное влияние на фондовый рынок, когда было необходимо «действовать с точностью наоборот».
