Банк России намерен усилить контроль над денежными переводами

Центробанк РФ выявил схему с сомнительными денежными переводами за границу и призвал усилить контроль над выводом средств из страны.

В ходе надзора за банками регулятор обратил внимание на трансграничные переводы наличных, которые осуществляются с минимальными временными интервалами одними и теми же лицами.

Зампред Центробанка Дмитрий Скобелкин рассказал, что определенные физические лица переводят деньги без открытия счетов в подразделениях банков, расположенных в крупных торговых точках, которые не оборудованы специальной контрольно-кассовой техникой.

Переводы отправляются нескольким получателям в одних и тех же городах, а их размеры превышают обычные суммы переводов.

По мнению регулятора, деньги переводятся для оплаты поставляемых в Россию товаров, чтобы скрывать незаконную предпринимательскую деятельность, а также уклоняться от учета внешнеторговых контрактов и валютного контроля.
