Google Corporation, part of Alphabet Inc., plans to invest $1 billion in the construction of a new data center in the UK. 


According to information provided by Google, this data center will be built on a 33-acre site located in Waltham Cross, Hertfordshire, United Kingdom.


The implementation of this project will provide jobs in the construction and technical fields for the local population. Once completed, the data center will have important computing resources that will support businesses across the UK. 


This step contributes to the development of artificial intelligence and the provision of reliable digital services for Google Cloud customers, as well as Google users both in the UK and abroad.
