Londýnská společnost Playtech, zabývající se technologiemi pro hazardní hry, ve středu oznámila, že pfederwetten.de dostane příležitost jednat s franšízovými partnery o prodejnách Happybet v Německu.

Pfedermwetten.de také převezme vlastnictví určitého souvisejícího hardwaru, uvedla společnost Playtech. Veškerá zbývající aktiva Happybet, která nebudou převedena na kupujícího, budou ukončena a zlikvidována, uvedla společnost.

Finanční podrobnosti nebyly zveřejněny.
