Polská pobočka Citi prodá spotřebitelské bankovnictví společnosti Velobank

(Reuters) – Citigroup v úterý oznámila, že její polská pobočka se dohodla na prodeji spotřebitelského bankovnictví v této zemi společnosti Velobank, čímž se tento gigant z Wall Streetu blíží ke konci několik let trvajícímu úsilí o opuštění trhů s retailovým bankovnictvím, které nepatří k jeho hlavnímu předmětu činnosti.

Třetí největší americká banka dodala, že ačkoli je tato transakce z finančního hlediska pro společnost nevýznamná, očekává se, že po jejím uzavření přinese mírný regulační kapitálový zisk.
