Švýcarská inflace by mohla klesnout do záporných hodnot, SNB se zaměřuje na střednědobý výhled, říká Schlegel

BASILEJ, Švýcarsko (Reuters) – Švýcarská inflace by se v příštích měsících mohla dostat do záporných hodnot, ale to nemusí nutně vyvolat reakci Švýcarské národní banky (SNB), uvedl v úterý předseda SNB Martin Schlegel.

SNB se nebude řídit údaji o inflaci za jednotlivé měsíce, ale bude se zaměřovat na udržení cenové stability ve střednědobém horizontu, řekl Schlegel na akci v Basileji.

„V příštích měsících nelze vyloučit ani záporné hodnoty inflace,“ uvedl. „SNB na to nemusí nutně reagovat. Naše pozornost se nezaměřuje na aktuální míru inflace, ale spíše na cenovou stabilitu ve střednědobém horizontu.“

Švýcarská inflace v dubnu zpomalila na 0 %, což je spodní hranice cílového rozmezí 0–2 %, které SNB považuje za cenovou stabilitu.
