Verify your ForexMart account to access all our services unlimited including extra bonuses and other valuable offers.

Please take note that only verified members can perform trading and finance transactions and this can be done only on our website.

We offer a flexible two-level verification procedure. To get a certain level you will be required to submit a scanned photo of a valid passport, ID, driving license or a proof of residential address.

After sending the requirements you will receive an automatic email response validating your account or requesting additional documents to complete the verification within 24 hours after having submitted your documents.

+ LEVEL 1 (obligatory)

  • National Identity Card (both front and back side page photos); or
  • Valid Passport (the photo of the full double-page passport spread with the owner’s photo); or
  • Driving licence (both front and back side of the page are requested); or
  • Other government-issued ID documents (determined by the country of residence).

Please, use the photo of the ID document or a passport not exceeding 6 months before the expiry date. Scans and screenshots may not be accepted.

LEVEL 2 +

  • Utility bill such as electricity, gas, water, sewage, landline telephony or fixed broadband Internet; or
  • Bank/Credit Card Statement; or
  • Official Residency Certificate/Residence Book (not handwritten); or
  • Local Authority Tax Bill; or

The utility bill and the Bank Statement should be no longer than 3 months from the issue date.

General requirements :

  1. Upload a high-quality scan photo of the document or a photo by your smartphone or a digital camera.
  2. The photo should be clear, focused and coloured with a readable text without blurring.
  3. The document should be full-size and complete. We accept the photos of the whole document but not of a part of the document. The edges should not be cut off and all four corners of each page should be visible.
  4. The names and complete address on the account application should be fully corresponding to the names (including all middle names) and address on the document provided.
  5. Please provide the direct photo of the original document. The secondary ones, such as the photo of a photo are not accepted. No erasures, additions, or other unauthorized manipulations should be done.
  6. The document should be valid within its expiry date.
  7. If the document is in local language we may request it to be translated into English and have it notarized.
  8. In case of a Legal Entity the company's registration and shareholder certificate, as well as a document of the individual owning the account should be submitted.
  9. Accepted image file formats are .jpeg, .gif, .pdf, and .png. The file attached should not exceed 5 MB.
  10. It is not allowed to use the same document for both levels of verification.
  11. If the registered country is different from the country of residence, verification LEVEL 2 with providing proof of Address document is obligatory.
