В США вступил в силу закон о запрете въезда из 6 стран

Будучи не раз пересмотренным, иммиграционный указ президента США, запрещающий въезд в страну гражданам шести стран, наконец вступил в силу. Верховный суд постановил восстановить действие закона Дональда Трампа о запрете гражданам Ливии, Сирии, Ирана, Сомали, Йемена и Судана въезжать на территорию Соединенных Штатов.

Исключение составляют случаи, когда въезжающие в страну граждане имеют приглашение со стороны родственников, проживающих в США, и работодателей. Также запрет не распространяется на студентов и других лиц, имеющих официальные связи в США. Если подобных связей нет, жителям шести стран будет запрещен въезд в Штаты сроком на 90 дней, а беженцам из этих стран – на 120 дней.

Напомним, ранее указ об эмиграции был заблокирован судами низшей инстанции, поскольку органы сочли его дискриминационным.
