Американский сенат обнародовал законопроект, который должен заменить Obamacare

Сенат США обнародовал черновой вариант законопроекта о здравоохранении, подготовленный на смену программы доступной медицинской помощи Obamacare. Согласно новому закону, предусмотрена отмена большого количества налогов, за счет которых  происходит финансирование программы бывшего президента США. 
 
Также сенаторы-республиканцы планируют отменить финансирование программы по планированию семьи, в рамках которой предоставляются услуги по прерыванию беременности, а также программы Medicaid для американцев с низким уровнем дохода. Но с другой стороны, бедным слоям населения будет оказываться дополнительная финансовая помощь, чтобы они могли покрывать расходы на частное медицинское обслуживание и страхование. Некоторое количество сенаторов проголосовало против принятия нового закона, поэтому его дальнейшая судьба пока не определена.
