Банк России в пятый раз в этом году понизил базовую процентную ставку. В этот раз – на 0,25 процентных пунктов, до 6,25%.

Решение российского регулятора не стало неожиданностью: 22 из 30 аналитиков, опрошенных агентством «Рейтер», прогнозировали снижение ставки на 0,25 п.п. и только двое – на 0,5 п.п., оставшиеся шестеро не предполагали изменений.

Центробанк РФ продолжает «голубиный» курс, поскольку инфляция в конце года ожидается ниже целевого уровня. Экономисты Банка России прогнозируют инфляцию в четвертом квартале в районе 2,9-3,2%, в годовом выражении – 3,5%.

Минэкономразвития России рассчитало, что в первом квартале 2020 года инфляция может сократится до 2,5%, а в конце года упасть ниже целевых 3%. По словам главы министерства Максима Орешкина, инфляция замедлилась из-за ослабления спроса внутри страны, тогда как стимулирующие меры Центробанка пока не принесли результатов.

Опрошенные Forbes аналитики полагают, что в 2020 году Банк России продолжит снижать ставки. По оценкам экспертов, она может сократиться до 5,75 — 6%, если не помешают макроэкономические и политические факторы.
