Главный экономист Внешэкономбанка Андрей Клепач считает, что курс рубля до конца текущего года будет устойчивым и даже может укрепиться, при этом в следующем – снизится, вне зависимости от международных санкций.

С его точки зрения, рестриктивные меры уже начали тормозить экономический рост в стране, что находит выражение в нестабильности на валютном рынке.

Кроме того, России закрыт доступ к мировому рынку заимствований, что создает проблемы для формирования ресурсов внутри страны. Клепач прогнозирует, что в 2018 году отток капитала превысит $60 млрд, что в 2 раза выше официального прогноза.
