Apimeds Pharmaceuticals zahájila obchodování s cenou 4 USD za akcii v souladu s cenou IPO

Apimeds Pharmaceuticals US, Inc., biotechnologická společnost zabývající se klinickým výzkumem, známá vývojem Apitoxu, toxinu na bázi včelího jedu s potenciálními terapeutickými účinky, dnes zahájila obchodování na newyorské burze. Akcie, obchodované pod symbolem NYSE American: APUS, byly oceněny na 4 USD za akcii, což odpovídá ceně společnosti při první veřejné nabídce akcií (IPO).

IPO zahrnovalo prodej 3 375 000 kusů kmenových akcií. Před započtením emisních slev, provizí a dalších nákladů souvisejících s nabídkou očekává společnost Apimeds hrubý výnos ve výši 13,5 milionu USD.

Kromě IPO poskytla společnost Apimeds upisovatelům 45denní opci na nákup až 506 250 kusů kmenových akcií za cenu veřejné nabídky sníženou o upisovací slevy. Společnost rovněž vydala upisovatelům warranty, které jim umožňují nákup až 168 750 kusů kmenových akcií. Tento počet by se mohl zvýšit na 194 063 akcií, pokud bude opce na nadlimitní úpis plně uplatněna. Tyto opční listy lze uplatnit během čtyř a půl let od 180 dnů po uzavření nabídky.
