Novo Nordisk ukončuje genderové kvóty v USA kvůli Trumpovým nařízením

Společnost Novo Nordisk (NYSE:NVO), výrobce léků na obezitu, ve středu oznámila, že ruší požadavek na genderovou vyváženost ve vedení své americké divize. Reaguje tak na výkonné příkazy prezidenta Trumpa k zastavení iniciativ diverzity, rovnosti a začlenění (DEI).

„Přestože si Novo Nordisk zachovává globální cíl minimálně 45% zastoupení každého pohlaví do konce roku 2025, operace v USA se již této iniciativy nebudou účastnit kvůli změnám v právních předpisech,“ uvedla firma ve svých výsledcích za 1. čtvrtletí.

Společnost ještě donedávna ujišťovala, že svůj postoj k diverzitě měnit nebude, ale s nástupem Trumpa do úřadu v lednu 2025 nyní mění přístup.
