Страны БРИКС создают общий фонд объемом $10 млрд

Стран БРИКС намерены создать Фонд суверенных облигаций стран группы объемом 10 млрд долларов. Министры финансов Бразилии, России, Индии, Китая и Южной Африки пришли к указанной договоренности на встрече министров и управляющих центробанков БРИКС в Шанхае.
 
Антон Силуанов, глава Минфина РФ, рассказал, что доля России в фонде составит 18%. Создание фонда было инициировано китайской стороной в качестве председателя БРИКС в 2017 году. Фонд должен поддерживать долговой рынок стран-участников организации.
 
Министр отметил, что создаваемый фонд выступит в качестве страховочного механизма, чтобы гарантировать большую надежность бумаг, которые выпускают страны. Россия поддержала инициативу, однако для страны это будет иметь небольшое значение, поскольку основная часть российских заимствований приходится на внутренний рынок.
