Минпромторг поддержит косметическую отрасль

Минпромторг видит необходимость в разработке стратегии для развития российской парфюмерно-косметической отрасли промышленности. По заявлению ведомства, будет создана специальная межведомственная рабочая группа, в работе которой, помимо чиновников, будут задействованы члены общественных объединений и представители косметической отрасли. 

Татьяна Пучкова, глава Российской парфюмерно-косметической ассоциации, заявила, что отечественная отрасль производства косметики и парфюмерии развивается хорошими темпами. Более 35% продукции, покупаемой населением, производится именно в России, и годовой оборот составляет около 700 млрд рублей. Около 97% российских женщин в возрасте от 16 до 55 лет пользуются косметикой, тратя на нее примерно 15% от своего ежемесячного дохода (не менее 1,5-2 тысяч рублей). Россиянки, пользовавшиеся зарубежными косметическими средствами, в условиях кризиса в стране перешли на более экономичные отечественные марки. Это и стало стимулом к развитию парфюмерно-косметической промышленности в РФ. 

Пучкова выделила и основную проблему отрасли – зависимость от импортного сырья для ингредиентов косметики и духов. Решение проблемы глава ассоциации видит в развитии и расширении собственной сырьевой базы.
