Источники Bloomberg сообщили, что страны ОПЕК намерены продлить сделку по сокращению нефтедобычи и даже увеличить объемы сокращения. Решение должно быть согласовано на встрече стран-членов организации 25 мая в Вене. 

Ранее Александр Новак, министр энергетики РФ, заявил, что страны-экспортеры нефти на данный момент выполнили обязательства по предыдущей договоренности. Министр считает, что соглашение привело к стабилизации цен на мировом рынке нефти, а новое – вернет рынки в «здоровое состояние» на более длительный срок.

Сейчас цена на нефть марки Брент находится возле отметки $50 за баррель, после заключения предыдущего соглашения нефтяные котировки поднимались до уровней июля 2015 года.
