Во вторник котировки золота на Comex вновь обновили рекорд: декабрьские фьючерсы подорожали на 0,4%, достигнув $3735,5 за тройскую унцию. С начала года металл прибавил в цене уже 35%.

Рост поддерживается ожиданиями снижения ставки ФРС на заседании 17 сентября – рынок оценивает вероятность понижения на 25 б.п. в 96%, а шансы более агрессивного шага в 50 б.п. остаются минимальными.

На фоне ослабления доллара, ICE DXY (индекс, показывающий динамику доллара относительно шести валют: евро, швейцарский франк, иена, канадский доллар, фунт стерлингов и шведская крона), опустился на 0,3%, что дополнительно стимулирует спрос на золото со стороны инвесторов, держащих другие валюты.
