The European Union continues to work on the 18th package of sanctions against Russia, as stated by the President of the European Council, Costa. French President Macron also spoke about the upcoming package, noting that in the coming days the EU should approve the 18th package of anti-Russian sanctions. It includes, among other things, an embargo on the import of Russian oil refined in third countries.
