Společnost Haoxin Holdings debutuje na burze Nasdaq na ceně 4,75 USD, cena IPO je 4,00 USD

Čínská společnost Haoxin Holdings Limited, která poskytuje služby nákladních aut s řízenou teplotou a městské doručovací služby, dnes zahájila obchodování na kapitálovém trhu Nasdaq pod značkou HXHX. Akcie byly otevřeny na ceně 4,75 USD za kus v návaznosti na primární veřejnou nabídku akcií (IPO), která byla stanovena na 4,00 USD za akcii.

IPO se skládalo z 1 750 000 kmenových akcií třídy A, z nichž každá měla nominální hodnotu 0,0001 USD, za celkový hrubý výtěžek 7 milionů USD před odečtením upisovacích slev, provizí a nákladů spojených s nabídkou.

Kromě toho společnost Haoxin poskytla upisovatelům 45denní opci na nákup dalších až 262 500 kmenových akcií třídy A za cenu veřejné nabídky, avšak s odečtením upisovacích slev a provizí. Zástupci upisovatelů pro tuto nabídku jsou společnosti Craft Capital Management LLC a WestPark Capital, Inc.
