Сегодня, 21 июля, внимание инвесторов приковано к протоколу последнего заседания ФРС США, который опубликуют в 21:00 мск.

На заседании в июле Федрезерв в первый раз за последние десять лет понизил значение процентной ставки на 25 базовых пунктов.

Глава регулятора Джером Пауэлл преподнес это решение как «коррекцию в середине цикла», чем разочаровал президента США Дональда Трампа, который надеется на последовательное смягчение монетарной политики.

При этом большинство участников рынка уверены в ещё одном снижении процентной ставки на заседании в сентябре и рассчитывают найти в  протоколе соответствующие сигналы от чиновников американского центробанка.
