The benchmark for 10-year government bonds yield of Germany climbed to a three-week high on Monday. Yields across Europe moves higher as there is a fresh supply of bonds for the week most especially since January is usually an active month for bond selling.
The 10-year bund yield of Germany increased by 0.323% in early trading session reaching up to 2 basis points and it has been the highest level over three weeks. Although, Investors try to bring the price of bonds lower to generate new supply of bonds.The scheduled auctions that investors should look out for are from Netherlands, Germany, Austria and Italy.
