Letos a příští rok se zvýší počet nových bytů na trhu, budou ale dražší

Praha – V letošním a příštím roce by se má zvýšit nabídka nových bytů na českém trhu, současně s tím ale porostou také jejich ceny. Vyplývá to ze studie analytické společnosti CEEC Research, která spolupracovala s 36 dotazovanými developerskými společnostmi. V letošní druhé polovině roku by podle ní nabídka nových bytů v České republice měla vzrůst o 3,6 procenta a v první polovině roku 2026 pak o 4,6 procenta. Ceny bytů v nových projektech podle odhadů porostou v průměru o 6,9 procenta a v první půlce příštího roku o dalších 4,6 procenta.
